Why Early Access?

We love considering and implementing ideas from players, and we will use Early Access to both expand and improve the game. Early Access provides a great way of involving players in the development process, and we are looking forward to working with the community to make a better game together.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

We might remain in Early Access for around a year, but that might change depending on how the design develops with player feedback.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

The full version of the game is planned to have additional content influenced by community feedback during Early Access, however, the structure and major mechanics of the game are already present now. We also plan to conduct additional polishing, balancing, and bug fixing during the Early Access period.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

The Early Access version is fully playable and has all the content and features described on the store page.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

The game will run under a subscription model, during the early access phase we won't charge any subscription.

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

We love involving the community in development and are active on our Discord and Telegram. We want to hear all suggestions, bug reports, and player feedback in order to make a better game together.

How is blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency used in this product?

KMON: World of Kogaea, is a web3 game enabled, but not exclusively. This mean that as player you can start playing the game without the need of any NFT.

Within the game Kryptomons can be of two types:

Using one or another doesn't preclude any action within the game, but NFT Mons enable you to store the time spent in game making them stronger into Value.

As well as the Mons, also items can be either NFT or non NFT. All the NFT items and Mons can be traded between players via the in game Auction House.

What utility does this bring to the product?

Despite most of Web3 Enabled game are boring and all around the monetary aspect, KMON: World of Kogaea has been built as game first, the web3 component is there to give more value to the players who are free to trade their in game assets and consolidate value.

Does this product require me to connect an external wallet? What wallets does this product support?

We will require to connect a wallet only when you create an account, then the game run normally. We do support all the wallet supported by WalletConnect (metamask, phantom, ledger, rabbit) and also we offer a KMON Wallet directly integrated, so you'll be able to choose either connect your wallet or use the integrated one.

Can I use the product without interacting or engaging with blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency?

Long story short, yes.

What chain does this product use? Is the chain proof-of-work or proof-of-stake?

The game is built on top of Polygon Chain, a L1 PoS based on ETH

Does this product have a marketplace? What can I do with the things that I earn (or purchase)?

Yes, via the marketplace you are capable to trade all of your in game assets such as your mons, weapons, foods etc.

Are there items (such as additional content, offers or currency) for sale that are used in the gameplay of your product?

At the launch there won't be any extra item for sale within the game, we don't exclude the possibility in the future, but it will depend on player feedbacks and demand.

Can your product be used without making any in-app purchases?

Yes, simple and straightforward

Are in-app purchases refundable?

At the moment there won't be any in-app purchases, therefore no refunds.

What payment platform is used to facilitate these purchases? Do you use Epic Games’ platform or a 3rd-party (including your own) payment system?

When and if in-app purchase will be enable we will use payment platform that will simplify user experience at the best.
