Why is this game in Early Access?

My Pet Hooligan is currently in active development. There may be bugs which can be reported via our support page.

On our road to full release, we will be adding additional game modes, a progression system, in-game store, party creation, faction turf wars, quests and challenges, social experiences, voice chat, and more. As well expanding to more international servers.

How do we get access to the game?

Early Access will be available to the public soon.

Does this product have a marketplace or DLC?

My Pet Hooligan is in Early Access and will have cosmetic packs available as add-ons in the Epic Game Store.

Do you support mac?

Mac support is yet to come.

What in-app and in-game purchases are offered in your product?

My Pet Hooligan has cosmetic packs available for purchase in-game which links directly to the Epic Games Store.

Soon we will offer virtual currency called Hoolibux which will allow for players to purchase cosmetics within the game.

What payment platform is used to facilitate these purchases? Do you use Epic Games’ platform or a 3rd-party (including your own) payment system?

When playing My Pet Hooligan through the Epic Game Store, all in-app purchases use Epic Games’ payment platform. The in-game store directs players to the platform storefront to complete purchases. When playing on other platforms, different payment platforms may be used.

Can I use your product without making any in-app purchases?

My Pet Hooligan does not require players to purchase any content to play. All purchases are optional and only provide cosmetic benefits.

Are in-app purchases refundable?

All in-app purchases are non-refundable
