What is the current state of the game?

Supernova Shards began development in 2020. The first public alpha was released in August 2023. From now on, we plan to release regular updates with new features.

What is included in Early Access?

You can control your character and explore the space station - visit shops, cafes, go to the training room and beat several virtual enemies. In the starship store you can buy a ship on which you can fly around the station. You will also be able to customize the starship to a limited extent. In every new version we add new features! How often will you be updating the game?

We plan to release updates every 1-3 months.

How long will the game be in Early Access?

The game will remain in early access until the full release planned for 2025.

How can I access the game?

The tested version of the game is public and open. Just create an account and start playing!

Will my progress be saved during updates?

We'll wipe (reset) the world between updates, meaning you'll lose all progress and items. However, we will return any in-game currency spent.

Will the price change when the game leaves Early Access?

The game will always be free to start playing. Prices for in-game purchases will vary from version to version.

What in-game purchases are offered in the game?

Supernova Shards offers virtual currency in the form of Life Coins (LFC) for sale on Epic Games Store. This currency will be useful to buy various game items from merchants you will meet in the game world. You can buy food, weapons, armor, even a starship!

Can I play the game without making any in-game purchases?

The game is free to play and does not require any in-app purchases. All purchases are optional and will be useful to speed up your progress in the game.

Are the in-game purchases refundable?

No, all in-game purchases are final and non-refundable.
