End User License Agreement (EULA) End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) This Agreement is a legally binding document between you (“User”) and [Alexander Zmeev] (“Developer”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the game “12 12 2025” (the “Game”), you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game. 1. License Grant 1.1. Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game under the terms of this Agreement. 1.2. All rights to the Game, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks, are owned by the Developer. 2. Usage Terms User is permitted to: Install and use the Game on one device unless otherwise specified by a license key. Create backup copies of the Game solely for personal use. User is prohibited from: Distributing the Game in any way, including selling, renting, or making it publicly available. Modifying, decompiling, decoding, or attempting to access the Game’s source code. Using the Game for commercial purposes without the Developer’s written consent. Using unofficial modifications or hacking tools. 3. Disclaimer of Liability 3.1. The Game is provided “as is” (AS IS). Developer is not liable for: Direct or indirect damages, including data loss, profit loss, or reputational harm caused by the use of the Game. The Game not meeting the User’s expectations or being incompatible with their hardware. 3.2. Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Game or the absence of errors. 4. Privacy Policy 4.1. Developer may collect and process User data as part of Game usage. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 4.2. User consents to the processing of their data as necessary for Game operation. 5. Updates and Changes 5.1. Developer reserves the right to release updates and modifications to the Game. 5.2. This Agreement applies to updates and add-ons unless otherwise specified by the Developer. 6. Termination 6.1. This Agreement takes effect upon Game installation. 6.2. Developer may terminate the Agreement if the User violates its terms. 6.3. The User may terminate the Agreement by deleting the Game from all their devices. 7. Governing Law 7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. 7.2. All disputes related to this Agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv. 8.
