About Epic Coupons:
The 33% Epic Coupon is automatically applied to eligible transactions by Epic Games account holders at checkout. The discount will apply to each eligible transaction AND Epic Games account holders will get another coupon each time they complete an eligible transaction. An eligible transaction is a purchase by an Epic Games account holder of a product priced at, or that adds up to when combined with another eligible product or products, $14.99 or more (or local currency equivalent), exclusive of tax and any other fees or charges, and with additional exclusions as stated below. Product pre-purchases are excluded from eligible transactions. See the FAQ below for more details.
The Epic Games Store Black Friday Event is live from November 21, 2023 at 11 AM Eastern Time to November 28, 2023 at 10:59 AM Eastern Time. Epic Coupons expire on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
- WHAT IS AN EPIC COUPON?
- An Epic Coupon is a coupon distributed as part of the 2023 Epic Games Store Black Friday Event that is applied at checkout to eligible transactions on the Epic Games Store.
- HOW DO I RECEIVE MY FIRST EPIC COUPON DURING THE EPIC GAMES STORE BLACK FRIDAY EVENT?
- All Epic Games account holders will be automatically granted an Epic Coupon in their account during their checkout for all eligible items, after claiming a free game or making a purchase. After you apply and use your first coupon, subsequent coupons can be found by clicking your account menu from the launcher or website when logged in and selecting ‘Coupons'.
- HOW DO I REDEEM MY EPIC COUPON?
- Your Epic Coupon will be automatically applied during the individual purchase checkout process or within the shopping cart when you make an eligible transaction. Each eligible product will independently receive 33% off the price during checkout. This means that two eligible products in a single eligible transaction will each receive 33% off their individual price and so on. There is a 50 product limit to shopping cart purchases at this time.
- WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN ELIGIBLE PRODUCT FOR THE EPIC COUPON?
- The 33% Coupon can only be used on products, excluding pre-purchases, priced at, or combining to, $14.99 or more after any sale discounts have been applied. Taxes and other fees do not apply toward the minimum purchase requirement. This coupon cannot be used on pre-purchases, non-game purchases such as add-ons (like DLC or season passes) or in-game purchases (such as in-game currency, like V-Bucks in Fortnite, or upgrades like Save the World mode) or these specific bundles: EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Ultimate Edition, Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Edition, and F1® 23 Champions Edition.
- DOES MY EPIC COUPON EXPIRE
- Yes. All unredeemed Epic Coupons received during the Epic Games Store Black Friday Event expire on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
- HOW LONG DOES THE EPIC GAMES STORE BLACK FRIDAY EVENT LAST?
- The Epic Games Store Black Friday Event starts Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 11 AM Eastern Time and ends Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 11 AM Eastern Time.
- CAN I RECEIVE MORE THAN ONE EPIC COUPON FOR A SINGLE TRANSACTION?
- No. However, the Epic Coupon applies to all eligible products in an eligible transaction.
- IF I RETURN THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED USING THE EPIC COUPON, WILL THE COUPON BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT?
- The Epic Coupon you used to purchase the product won’t be returned to you, but you will have received a new Epic Coupon following the original purchase that you may use during the event. If you return a product after the event is over, the Epic Coupon will be forfeited as it is past the expiration date of the Epic Coupon. Event ends November 28, 2023, at 11 AM Eastern Time.
- WHAT IF I ALREADY PRE-PURCHASED A TITLE THAT IS SCHEDULED FOR LAUNCH DURING THE EPIC GAMES STORE BLACK FRIDAY EVENT AND COULD BE CHEAPER WITH THE EPIC COUPON?
- If you’ve already pre-purchased an otherwise eligible game that launches during the Epic Games Store Black Friday Event (November 21, 2023 at 11 AM ET to November 28, 2023 at 11 AM ET), you’ll benefit from a partial refund to account for our 33% Epic Coupons. You’ll receive an email notification of your refund when the pre-purchased product launches on the Epic Games Store. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when pre-purchasing.

Epic Coupons expire on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Epic Coupons can only be redeemed on eligible transactions on Epic Games Store (https://store.epicgames.com/ (Opens in new tab)). Not valid on pre-purchases, add-ons, or any other non-qualifying purchases such as in-game purchases (e.g. V-Bucks or in-game currency) or these specific bundles: EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Ultimate Edition, Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Edition, and F1® 23 Champions Edition.

Subsequent Epic Coupons will be available in your account after you complete an eligible transaction between Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time and Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 10:59 AM Eastern Time.
An eligible transaction is a purchase by an Epic Games account holder of an eligible product priced at, or that adds up to when combined with another eligible product or products, $14.99 or above more (or local currency equivalent), exclusive of tax and any other fees or charges, and with additional exclusions as stated below. Product pre-purchases are excluded from eligible transactions. You must have and be logged into an active Epic Games account in order to receive and redeem Epic Coupons. After you receive an Epic Coupon, your Epic Coupon will be automatically applied at checkout to your next qualifying purchase in the Epic Games Store.
Epic Coupons are non-transferrable and may not be resold, bartered, auctioned, or redeemed for cash, and they have no equivalent cash value.
You can only redeem one (1) Epic Coupon per transaction. Epic Coupons cannot be combined. If you return or cancel any product to which a coupon was applied, your refund will equal the amount you actually paid for the product (subject to applicable refund policies). Any Epic Coupons used during an eligible transaction for which a product is later returned will not be returned.
