Riot Games meets Epic Games this week as some of the biggest titles from one of the biggest developers pop up on the Epic Games Store, and one bright-eyed League of Legends champion appears in Fortnite.

League of Legends PC, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, and VALORANT are all now available on the Epic Games Store. Downloading any of the free-to-play games will install the new Riot Client, with direct access to those titles.

“Riot Games is one of the world’s best developers and creators of groundbreaking entertainment franchises,” said Steve Allison, Vice President and General Manager of the Epic Games Store. “We’re excited they’ve chosen to partner with us to bring their titles to millions of new players through the Epic Games Store.”

Established players will still be able to sign into their existing accounts and use their existing friends list. The new Riot Client began rolling out worldwide earlier this month to players.

To help celebrate the new collaboration between Riot and Epic, blue-haired, weapon-festooned League of Legends champion Jinx will be joining Fortnite as a playable character. This will be the first time in its dozen-year history that a League of Legends champion is showing up in a non-Riot game.

Her appearance, which kicks off on Nov. 4, at 8 p.m. ET, will include an outfit, pickaxe, spray, back bling, lobby track, and two loading screens.

“Fortnite has executed high-profile collaborations and entertainment experiences while remaining committed to bringing players content that enriches their experience both in and out of game, a dedication we share and admire,” said Brandon Miao, Cross-Product Experiences and Partnerships Lead, Riot Experience (XP) at Riot Games. “We hope fans will enjoy seeing Jinx, one of our most iconic League of Legends champions, in Fortnite to celebrate the launch of Arcane.”

These first collaborations between Riot Games and Epic Games are part of Riot’s month-long RiotX Arcane event, which celebrates the launch of Netflix animated series Arcane.

Arcane premieres at 10 p.m. ET, Nov. 6 on Netflix globally, and follows the origins of League champions and sisters Jinx and Vi.
