Sign Up for Email Surveys to Provide Epic Games Feedback

If you would like to give feedback on Epic Games’ games and other products, we want to hear from you in our email surveys!  

To sign up for email surveys:

1. Log in with your Epic Games account.

   1. If you don’t have an account but have played Fortnite or Rocket League on a console, you can upgrade a console account to a full Epic Games account by following these upgrade instructions.

   2. If you don’t have an account, you can create one.

2. In the GENERAL tab of the ACCOUNT menu, check that your email address is correct.

   1. If your email address is not correct, please update it and verify your email address. 

3. Go to the COMMUNICATIONS tab and make sure you are subscribed to emails and that “Survey Emails” is checkmarked. Note that you can change your preferences at any time.
    

You are done! Consider whitelisting @epicgames.com emails in your spam filter as you keep an eye out for surveys. We look forward to your feedback!
