Will there be any in-app purchases?
While we still not have an exact plan in mind when it comes to which kind of in-game items or currencies we will sell in game, this game will not be paid to win.
Most of the items are found in the game while exploring, and spending real money may involve the purchase of weapon / gadget skins (that add no additional advantageous stats to the weapon /gadget), additional storage space (to store more loot) and some other souvenirs such as soundtrack, artbook etc.
How does Early Access work for this game?
Luminis is an ambitious open-world survival shooter. The game was started by 1 person for the first 15 months and now we are a small team of less than 10 people. With this in mind, since this is our first game, we really will need constant player feedback to improve upon to grow. We need to gather data and to test our features with our game being in Early Access. It is a must for us to develop our game as it allows for much flexibility.
Will the price for the game fluctuate in the future?
Yes. The game's price will keep increasing as more features and content are being added.
How will the finalized version of the game be different from Early Access?
We would add more enemy varieties, increase the size of the map, add more weapons and in-game items, also more in-game events. And for all of this we will be open to players' feedback. But the core mechanics of the game will remain the same - you can only heal in a survival setting.
