What in-game purchases are available in your product?
Neverwinter offers Virtual Currency in the form of Zen in the Epic Games Store which can be used to purchase items and services via the in-game Zen Store.
Example items include the Aasimar Race, Monthly VIP service, and Maltese Tiger mounts.
Does this product use Epic Games' payment platform or your own for these in-app purchases? Note: Epic Games cannot provide details or refund for any transactions made outside of Epic's payment platform.
When playing Neverwinter through the Epic Game Store, all virtual currencies use Epic Games' payment platform. When playing on other platforms, different payment platforms may be used.
Can I use your product without making any in-app purchases?
Neverwinter does not require players to purchase any content to play. All purchases are completely optional.
Can I earn Zen (Virtual Currency) for free?
Yes, you can! Neverwinter offers a Zen-Astral Diamonds Exchange where currency earned via in-game activities can be exchanged with other players for Zen.
