Houston joined the Payday Gang back in PAYDAY 2 when his brother, Dallas, brought him in.
While bold and forceful when bullets are flying, his meticulous nature ensured his spot as a mainstay in the gang. After Concord attacked the gang, Houston was arrested by the police and brought to Rikers. While in court, he did all he could to grab the attention of the rest of the gang, who promptly broke him out. He has now recovered from his injuries and is ready to get back to heisting.

As any larcenist knows, all the best robberies begin discreetly before snowballing into a wild frenzy soundtracked to upbeat electronic music. Payday 3 does this with brimming style, before running away with the money.
