What in-game purchases are available in your product?
Star Trek Online offers Virtual Currency in the form of Zen in the Epic Games Store which can be used to purchase items and services via the in-game Zen Store.
Example items include the Enterprise-class Ships, Defiant-class ships, and famous Starfleet officers to crew your ship!
Does this product use Epic Games' payment platform or your own for these in-app purchases? Note: Epic Games cannot provide details or refund for any transactions made outside of Epic's payment platform.
When playing Star Trek Online through the Epic Game Store, all virtual currencies use Epic Games' payment platform. When playing on other platforms, different payment platforms may be used.
Can I use your product without making any in-app purchases?
Star Trek Online does not require players to purchase any content to play. All purchases are completely optional.
Can I earn Zen (Virtual Currency) for free?
Yes, you can! Star Trek offers a Zen-Dilithium Exchange where currency earned via in-game activities can be exchanged with other players for Zen. Star Trek Lifetime Subscriptions receive 500 free Zen each month.
