Does the game have wide screen support?

The game can be played at wider screen aspect ratios, however we reccommend a 16:9 aspect ratio where possible for the best experience. Currently playing at wider aspect ratios will result in some visual errors on certain scenes . We will be providing post launch updates to more properly support wider screen resolutions.

What languages does the game support?

Currently the Pale Beyond is only available in English.

Can the game be played on controller?

Yes, the game has full controller support.

You can report any issues you find on our Discord Server (Opens in new tab).

Any screenshots, build number from the main menu, and steps to replicate the issue would be of great use, and help our team to patch fixes for these in.

Some issues may be a consequence of the game operating at a low framerate. (<10fps) We recommend playing around with the settings to try and ensure a reasonable framerate for the most stable experience.

How saving works

The game autosaves each week of the expedition. If you choose to delete a save file, it will delete all subsequent save files that take place after it chronologically.
