The distinctive charm, of the BR Class 323 feels at home on the shuttling service of Manchester’s Glossop Line. Enjoy life aboard the Northern Trains Class 323 in a compact commuter package, keep on your feet as you constantly change ends, performing unique turnback procedures between Dinting, Hadfield and Glossop.

Rail aficionados know the Glossop Line as a remaining relic from the former Woodhead Line. Truncated at Hadfield, the old line was advanced for its day, featuring steam-era DC electrification, still somewhat present today in the form of older style gantries, albeit modified to support today’s AC technology. Enjoy what’s left of the Woodhead and its infrastructure, including the stations which are still served to this day.
