What in-app and in-game purchases are offered in your product?

RAID: Shadow Legends offers virtual currency in the form of Gems that can be purchased via its in-game Shop. RAID: Shadow Legends also offers various bundles and packs that include in-game resources like Shards, Silver, and Energy, as well as Gems. Some of these packs are limited time offers, while others are static.

Using Gems acquired through in-game progression or purchased via the in-game Shop, players can also purchase items in the in-game Shop.

Example in-app purchases include the following Gem amounts:
175 Gems
730 Gems
2,025 Gems
4,200 Gems

Example limited time offer contents:
5 Ancient Shards
1 Sacred Shard
3 Void Shards
1,000 Energy
800 Gems

In addition, RAID: Shadow Legends offers a subscription-type offer called a Raid Card, which gives players extra XP and Silver from Campaign Battles and increases their daily Multi-battle attempts. There is also a semi-regular Forge Pass where players can purchase a premium Gold Pass, which grants them access to additional in-game rewards and exclusive Weekly Challenges for the duration of the Forge Pass Season.

Can I use your product without making any in-app purchases?

Yes. RAID: Shadow Legends does not require players to purchase any content to play. Shards, resources like Energy, in-game currency like Silver and Gems, and other items are available through in-game progression. All purchases are optional.

Does the product use Epic Games’ payment platform or your own for these in-app purchases?

RAID: Shadow Legends currently utilizes Plarium’s own payment platform for in-app purchases. The platform is secure and supports major payment options globally.

Are the in-app purchases refundable?
