A gym management game
Pumpdemonium is a gym management game. You buy a gym that is worth next to nothing and you make it work: machines, locker rooms, front desk, staff, prices, electricity, cleaning. And above all, the people who come to sweat in it.

One gym, its regulars, its problems
Every member has a workout plan, a patience level and habits of their own. The ego lifter judges everyone's form. The broccoli head hogs a machine while scrolling on his phone. The resolutioners flood in every January and vanish in February. Ghost members pay without ever showing up, which suits the till nicely, until the day they all wake up at once.

Build, tune, hold on
Place machines, lockers, partitions, doors and floors. Set membership prices, hire a receptionist, a coach, a cleaner and a technician. Keep an eye on machine wear, the circuit breaker, the rush hour crowd and the smell of the locker room. A dirty, broken or packed gym pays for it in bad reviews and cancelled memberships.

One gym per chapter
You start in The Basement, a damp cellar bought for one symbolic dollar, while GigaGym swallows the neighborhood one gym at a time. Then comes Fitness 2000, a local gym stuck in the 90s with its carpeted walls and its regulars, then Neon & Sweat, a big glass-and-neon franchise that lives for volume. Each chapter has its own rules, its own constraints and three stars to earn. Sandbox mode lets you build with no objective and no pressure.

The feel of a real gym
A radio with its own DJs and shows. The Voice, who comments on your decisions with very limited enthusiasm. Influencers who drop by to film their workout for Pumpfeed. Rare legends you only meet once in a manager's lifetime. And the Old-School Lifter, who has been judging everyone since 1989.
