About the game
Alpha League is a Roguelike-based Autobattler game. You will choose your favorite hero, build your heroes with 10 different combat genres, and adjust your strategy corresponding to 10+ different maps. There is also drafting and artifacts involved. Download now and try it out!

Beaveroid Entertainment Co., Limited (“Licensor”) hereby grants to you, the end-user (“Licensee”), a non-exclusive license to use the software program and any related documentation (collectively, the “Game”) solely for your personal use. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this EULA. 2. Ownership. Licensor retains all right, title and interest in and to the Game, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, proprietary rights, patents, titles, computer codes, audiovisual effects, themes, characters, character names, stories, dialogues, settings, artwork, sound effects, musical works, and moral rights. The Game is protected by United States copyright law and applicable laws and treaties throughout the world. The Game may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any manner or medium, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Licensor. 3. Restrictions. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Game, or create derivative works based on the Game. Licensee may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publish, adapt, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit the Game or any component thereof, except as expressly permitted by Licensor. Licensee may not use any third-party software or hardware to modify the Game or any component thereof. 4. Termination. This EULA will terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in Licensee’s possession. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET LICENSEE’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SYSTEMS OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE GAME WILL BE CORRECTED. LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO LICENSEE FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY LICENSEE FOR THE GAME. 7. Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hong Kong, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to this EULA or the Game shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Hong Kong. 8. Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Licensee and Licensor with respect to the Game.
