Protostarの転送装置が誤作動したせいで、乗組員は3つの見知らぬ惑星に散り散りになってしまった。DalとGwynは知恵とスキルを駆使して難解な謎を解き、過酷な環境に耐え、恐ろしいロボット軍と戦ってJankom Pog, Rok-Tahk, ZeroとMurfを救出しなければならない。一方、Protostarを破壊し、歴史の流れを変えるためなら手段を選ばない、新たな恐ろしい敵が出現した！
