Dragonheir: Silent Gods offers Dragon Crystals for sale on its in-game store. Dragonheir: Silent Gods also offers various bundles that contain featured in-game items.
Using Dragon Crystals that are purchased, players can redeem the extremely rare currency named Wyrmarrow in the in-game Item Shop.

Can your product be used without making any in-app purchases?

Dragonheir: Silent Gods does not require players to purchase any content to play. All purchases are optional.

What payment platform is used to facilitate these purchases? Do you use Epic Games’ platform or a 3rd-party (including your own) payment system?

When playing Dragonheir: Silent Gods through the Epic Game Store, all in-app purchases use Epic Games’ payment platform. The in-game store transitions the user to the platform storefront to complete purchases. When playing on other platforms, different payment platforms may be used.

Are in-app purchases refundable?

Please understand that once your payment is finished and the corresponding item is issued to your account, no refund will be approved.

When will I receive the item after purchase?

Normally the item will be sent as soon as the payment has been made, but you may also need to restart the game to receive it. If rebooting doesn't work or the item has not arrived within 30 minutes after the purchase, please contact customer service in-game or via email ([email protected]).

Why did my payment fail?

Please make sure you have enough balance or credits to cover your purchase. If you are using a credit/debit card outside the region you've selected, it is also likely that your payment is intercepted for security reasons. Please make sure your account has been registered for more than 3 days.

Where do I find my Character ID?

Open "Settings" and then click "Account" to find your Character ID string. You can click on the icon next to it to copy your Character ID to the clipboard.
