exiled, is primarily the penal expulsion of an individual from his country of origin, and secondly alienation or prolonged absence from his homeland either under the coercion of circumstances or the cruelty of some lofty purpose. People and peoples usually suffer exile, but sometimes social entities are forced to leave their homeland.
