The phone rings inside the call center, and you answer through your headset. You’re an emergency services worker, someone is in trouble, and you spring into action. Maybe you call in the SWAT team. Maybe you need a rescue helicopter. Maybe it’s just a prank call. When the phone rings in 112 Operator, you’ve got to keep cool. 

112 Operator takes place in real European cities, which you’ll see via 3D maps as you play through the campaign. You’ll have to deal with real-life annoyances like day/night cycles, traffic problems, and seasonal weather as you help the helpless and direct first responders (and team members like doctors, dogs, and robots) to where they can do the most good. Do your best to climb through the ranks, or just create your own scenarios and see what happens in Free Game mode. 

Diverse scenarios abound in 112 Operator. The voice on the other end of the line could be fairly straightforward, talking a distressed caller through CPR while the help on the way navigates traffic. But it gets much bigger, too, presenting situations like wildfire management, gang wars, and even terrorist attacks—across thousands of cities worldwide.
