Trade in your soulless corporate job and exhausting city life for a relaxing, rewarding life of beekeeping and conservation! Returning to your family home in Port APICO, you’ll get back to your beekeeping roots, breeding and rediscovering lost species of bees.
After arriving in Port APICO, there’s already much to do: gathering resources, crafting materials, and building up a thriving apiary! Each workstation, from saw bench to uncapper, is operated through manual tasks (though they can be automated through accessibility settings.) You handle every step of the beekeeping process, including turning your harvested honey into Apicola and selling your honey-based products to fund your beekeeping efforts.

Need a hand keeping your apiary running? No problem! You can invite your friends to your world and work together to conserve the bees! Sometimes, it takes a team (of up to 4 players) to keep the hive running smoothly.

Managing your colony isn’t all there is to conservation. Your journal contains information on many different bee species lost to time, waiting to be discovered. Through care and attention, you will cross-breed and repopulate the apicultural world-both in the game and outside it. A portion of APICO’s proceeds will go directly to bee and beekeeping charities, helping to save the bees of our world too!
