Destiny 2: Lightfall comes equipped with a new campaign that finds players trying to stop The Witness and its newest Disciple. This journey won’t be easy, especially if players decide to rally their best fireteam to conquer the returning Legendary mode. With the all-new Strand power, players will have a new arsenal of abilities to aid them in their fight. Players will team up with the denizens of Neomuna, a neon metropolis hidden on Neptune unlike anything seen in Destiny. The Shadow Legion and the Vex are conducting an all-out assault on Neomuna. Put an end to their destruction in Terminal Overload, a new action-packed public activity.

With the purchase of Lightfall + Annual Pass, players will have access to the unforgettable action-packed campaign, a brand-new raid, Seasons 20 – 23, the instantly unlocked Quicksilver Storm Exotic Auto Rifle, the Lightfall Dungeon Key which unlocks the Season 21 and 23 dungeons, and much more.

The story continues in Destiny 2’s latest Season, Season of Defiance. Through weekly story missions, players will need to investigate the Pyramid outposts appearing across Earth and ally with Mara Sov’s Queensguard to stand in defiance of humanity’s greatest foes. A new Season means new activities. In the new three-player matchmade activity Defiant Battlegrounds, players will bypass the Shadow Legion’s security by entering their outposts from the Ascendant Plane. They’ll have to navigate the abyss and rescue captive allies by completing rituals that open gateways to safety.
