The many games set in developer JoyBits’ Doodle God universe have one thing in common: They put players in the role of a creator whose job it is to bring things to life. You do that by mixing and matching elements and seeing what happens when they're paired together.

It's all about experimentation. You’ll spend your godly time assembling and expanding a list of elements like Air, Jungle, Water, and Life—think of them as ingredients in your holy recipe book. Then you tap to combine two elements and create something new. 

The swerve in Doodle Farm: Breeds and Beasts is that you’re an animal-focused god. If you combine Horse and Rainbow, for instance, you’ll create Unicorn. Monkey and Snow combine to create a Yeti. Every time you make a new animal, Doodle Farm: Breeds and Beasts celebrates with some knowledge and links to the creature’s Wikipedia page.
