EA SPORTS™ FIFA 23, EA’s biggest FIFA game yet, is a world of authentic football content, with more than 19,000 players, 700+ men’s and women’s club teams, 100 stadiums, and over 30+ leagues. Club and country competitions are represented, including UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Sudamericana, Premier League, Bundesliga, and LaLiga Santander. Both the men’s and women’s FIFA World Cup™ tournaments will be playable, too. Play women’s club football for the first time in FIFA history, powered by dedicated HyperMotion2 animation.

There’s a lot to take in, and there are multiple modes to experience those teams and tournaments, in both single-player and cross-play multiplayer modes.
Career Mode lets you make all the choices for a single player or manager throughout their career. It adds drama to all the data, letting you negotiate terms, answer press questions, and guide a player or manager through the ups and downs of their life in football.

FIFA 23 Ultimate Team is the most popular mode in the series. It lets you build and customize your Club throughout the season. The competitive mode supports cross-play and lets you play in Squad Battles, together in Co-Op, online in Division Rivals, or against the best in FUT Champions, all while updating with data influenced by real-world competitions and performances. Coming to FIFA 23 is a brand-new mode, the scenario-based FUT Moments, and a redefined Chemistry system to help you build a better squad.
Pro Clubs and VOLTA FOOTBALL lets you show off your individual skills as part of a team online.
Every FIFA game upgrades the animation system to make the action on the pitch as authentic as possible. FIFA 23 has more than 6,000 animations taken directly from the source, with both men’s and women’s animations crafted from 11v11 high-intensity matches (a FIFA-first motion capture of a women’s match) and a number of training drills.
This and the machine learning engine make the game look and feel as authentically as possible. The number of upgrades includes a Technical Dribbling system that allows players to dodge tackles more skillfully than before; new, more fluid shot animations; better two-player collision technology; more explosive running mechanics to help players accelerate, and more.

Both attack and defense have a variety of mechanics to enjoy. More trajectories will let attackers take more precise shots while defenders have new clearances and tackles. Passing has new outside-of-foot passes, fancy off-the-back passes, volley passes, and more.
Detailed gameplay and physics updates give more options to shooting and set-pieces. Powers Shots will let players risk taking a more powerful, impressive shot. Set pieces, like free-kicks, corners, and penalties, now let you choose where you intend to make impact with the ball, giving more control over trajectory.
So shoot your shot on September 30, when EA SPORTS FIFA 23 arrives on the Epic Games Store.
