Delta Force Season Reorientation | 007 First Light DLC | Transport Fever 3 launches | System Shock 2 & Buried Stars free!

Enjoy huge updates, releases, and free games this week on the Epic Games Store!

Delta Force kicked off Season Reorientation, a second-anniversary celebration full of modes, maps, upgrades, exclusive content available now, and with more to come later in the year.

Load up Delta Force now to experience a number of additions, such as cross-region matchmaking, One-Click Loadout, and a rebuilt tutorial for Operations. The update also introduces the G.T.I. Field Manual and Combat Support Fund, alongside further quality-of-life improvements. Layali Grove 2.0 expands the map with new areas to explore, fishing and jetski-based gameplay, while Polaris Patrol returns with a reworked "play as a boss" experience, new rewards, and the game's first craftable collectible.

Also available is Detonation Beta, a new bomb-defusal mode. The objective-focused gameplay pits two teams against each other: attackers must break through the defense and plant the bomb, while defenders must hold their ground or face having to defuse it. It’s tight, tactical, and playable right now.

Expect more to come, including Siege: Valkyrie, which will expand Operations with a new map built using Unreal Engine 5 features, and a new Warfare map, too.

Extended Operations is a free DLC for 007 First Light that brings some fun additions to the base game, including a New Game + mode, a photo mode, and the drivable Aston Martin Valhalla. There’s more to come within the next week, so keep your target in your sights.

The timetable was accurate: Transport Fever 3 is now live on the Epic Games Store. It’s the most ambitious game in the series, allowing you to build an entire transport network from the most humble beginnings. Start with horse-drawn wagons, but set your sights on a network of high-tech travel solutions like jet planes, supertankers, and high-speed trains.

You don’t just build the vehicles, but also design huge hubs that connect the world together. Below is the deepest dive yet, showing off how you can build towns and become a tycoon of transport.

Buried Stars is a mystery adventure game that combines communication, survival, and storytelling.

During a live broadcast of a survival audition show, a sudden studio collapse traps the remaining contestants and crew beneath the rubble. The situation worsens when a brutal murder takes place inside the ruins, forcing the trapped survivors to question one another’s motives and secrets.

The game combines 2D character illustrations set within 3D environments, using dialogue choices to influence branching scenario routes and multiple endings. Real-time public reactions on an in-game social media feed and timeline offer crucial clues to uncover the culprit, motives, and hidden truths.

The genre-defining immersive sim is one of the most frightening games of all time, and it’s free on the Epic Games Store. Grab System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster now!

Waking up from cryosleep on the FTL ship Von Braun, you’re surrounded by the walking dead, terrifying robots, and the screeches of tortured creatures. A lone voice leads you through the overrun vessel, past bloody pleas for help, deep into the haunted spaceship. Choose your skills to hack or fight your way through the horror.

The 25th Anniversary Remaster modernizes the decades-old game, with cross-play co-op and widescreen support.
