The trailer gives us a look at some of the evil brought forth by the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis – plucked straight from the Evil Dead franchise. But much more importantly, we get a glimpse at Bruce Campbell’s Ash Williams chainsawing his way through the Deadites with his pals. There’s also a decked-out Ash as an S-Mart Employee, complete with a side-parted haircut, name badge, and even a pocket protector, and Gallant Knight Ash, wearing breastplate, cloak, and stone-washed jeans.

Pre-ordering Evil Dead: The Game now will get you both bonus Ash outfits and a whole lot of groovy.

Developed by Saber Interactive and published by Boss Team Games, the co-op and player-versus-player shooter doesn’t just feature Ash, it also includes Ash vs Evil Dead’s Dana DeLorenzo as Kelly Maxwell and Ray Santiago as Pablo Simon Bolivar.

Evil Dead: The Game, which hits on May 13, will be packed with more than 25 weapons, a skill tree for the characters, and of course maps plucked from the franchise, including the infamous cabin in the woods.
