Killing Floor 2: Infernal Insurrection Update Out Now!

All aboard for a hellishly good time this Halloween in Killing Floor 2 with the Infernal Insurrection update! This year we’re packing the event with so much new content that’ll make you feel as if you deserve to be condemned to the Third Circle. We have four new weapons, a brand new event map, Halloween Matriarch seasonal variant, oodles of new Halloween Cosmetics, and outfits complementing the usual Quality of Life tunes and improvements.

The main event for the new update is Hellmark Station set in the iconic King’s Cross Station which has been overrun and transformed by a demonic invasion. Fight off the hordes of Zeds within the underground, train platform, shops, and hallways and save humanity from complete damnation. For those overwhelmed by the forces of darkness, a sacrifice made at one of three obelisks on the map that can give you a temporary supernatural edge against the horde at the cost of some health and the ability to heal for the duration.

What would a proper defense of humanity be without new toys within the arsenal and this time we’re coming strapped with some biggins. Whether it be bringing the power of handheld lightning with the HRG Arc Generator for the Survivalist, incendiary stopping power in the palm of your hands with the HRG Scorcher for Firebug, a medical marvel of bile engineering that both gives life and takes it in the Mine Reconstructor for Field Medic, and the overwhelming buzzsaw that is the Minigun for Commando, these new additions should provide both flexibility and creativity towards any mercenary’s’ path towards total and complete annihilation.
