As the game gets closer to the end of its first season, The Cycle: Frontier is getting ready to move towards the next step: Season 2 will fire off on September 28, 2022!

Season 2 will introduce the mysterious new map Tharis Island for players to explore. Its deep caves will be crawling with horrors and will promise the most lucrative prospecting on Fortuna III. 

But hidden within its depths is something else entirely. Something of mysterious alien origin that will change prospecting forever. Which intrepid Prospector will find it first? And, once found, will they solve the riddle of its activation?

The Cataclysm, the end of season event which proceeds the progression wipe, will begin in the final 2 weeks of the Season 1. All Aurum purchased or earned in-game along with all owned cosmetics, will not be wiped. The progression wipe will allow everyone to start the new season with a clean slate.
