New SMITE Update: TRANSFORMERS join the Battleground of the Gods

Begin your Battle Pass journey by purchasing the Premium Battle Pass. You’ll also instantly unlock Optimus Prime Geb. Then, earn Battle Points while playing SMITE and unlock all kinds of incredible content such as Starscream Jing Wei, Megatron Ra, the More than Meets the Eye Global Emote, and more as you level up through each of the 60 levels.
The SMITE x TRANSFORMERS Battle Pass brings you even more content with the Prestige Track. Once you’ve completed the first 60 levels of the Battle Pass, go on to earn three more TRANSFORMER Skins: G1 Optimus Prime Geb, G1 Starscream Jing Wei, and G1 Megatron Ra.
The Titan Forge Team has some big fans of the TRANSFORMERS bots, growing up with the toys, shows, and movies. We spent a lot of time designing each character and matching them with a SMITE God to make sure we got the pairings right. While Geb, God of the Earth, may be a surprise for some, the team knew he would be perfect as Optimus Prime. His ability “Roll Out” is a great nod to iconic catchphrase, and allows players to see Optimus Prime convert from bot to truck. 
Starscream Jing Wei was a match made in the skies. When looking at our roster of Gods and Goddesses, we knew we had to find someone who could show off the silliness of Starscream’s character while also showcasing his sleek fighter jet look. In-game, Jing Wei’s “Rapid Reincarnation” ability will allow players to takeoff and ascend into the sky, this time as a fighter jet, while leaving the base. We hope players enjoy the view! 
And last but certainly not least, the supreme leader of the Decepticons is the final reward of the Battle Pass. Megatron joins SMITE as Ra, the Sun God. My favorite thing about this Skin is the Ultimate Ability, Searing Pain. Megatron converts into his tank form, decimating his foes. It’s truly something you’ll have to see in-game and enjoy.
The TRANSFORMERS bots have a lot of character and personality to them. Be sure to check out all of the animations, end of match lobby presentations, effects, voicelines, and more to really experience this event. Much like the Titan Forge Team, we hope that players will get to experience the nostalgia and love of playing as childhood characters. Autobots. Roll out!
