Potion Permit is a life sim role-playing game about a brave chemist who cures a sick town and helps it thrive.The 30 or so residents of Moonbury need your help when they get sick. First you’ll need to study their symptoms. Then, once you’ve decided on a cure, you’ll need to gather ingredients from the wilds around the town, using your trusty (and upgradable) axe, hammer, and sickle. Sometimes, those serve as harvesting tools. Other times, you’ll use them as weapons to fend off the dangerous creatures in the deserts, forests, and other harsh lands that house the ingredients you need.
Once you’ve found and harvested everything, you’ll brew up a concoction in your cauldron and administer the cure. And given that you’re so good with chemistry, you can also brew materials to buff yourself on your future adventures. As you salvage, overcome, and cure the townsfolk, you’ll forge deeper relationships—maybe even romantic ones—while expanding the town and customizing your own home.
Also, you have a really helpful dog companion. And yes, you can pet the dog.
