Capcom’s Resident Evil Requiem is coming to the Epic Games Store on February 27, 2026! Mark it on your calendar with a bloody thumbprint, or head over to the Epic Games Store where you can pre-purchase Resident Evil Requiem right now. 

As revealed during the Road to Requiem Showcase—hosted by Maggie Robertson, the voice actress of the iconic Lady Dimitrescu—if you pre-purchase the game via the Epic Games Store, you’ll also receive Grace’s Outfit and other items in Fortnite. 

Resident Evil Requiem is the ninth mainline entry in the long-running survival horror series. In it, FBI Agent Grace Ashcroft is investigating a string of deaths linked to an unknown disease. One of the victims is found at the Wrenwood Hotel, a place Grace knows well—because her mother died there.

Grace’s investigation brings her face-to-face with Resident Evil’s latest monster: a giant, twisted hag that relentlessly pursues her until she reaches bright safe rooms. Grace isn’t a traditional hero either. She’s bookish, anxious, and prone to stumbling as she sneaks through the shadows, desperate to stay out of the creature’s reach. 

Resident Evil Requiem features both first and third-person perspectives, allowing players to switch between them at will to examine clues close up, or pull back for more situational awareness as Grace struggles to survive.

The return to Raccoon City will come in two versions on the Epic Games Store, with both Standard and Deluxe editions. Standard is the base game, while the Deluxe edition of Resident Evil Requiem includes the game plus an exclusive pack of five costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, two weapon charms, and more.
