Star Trek Online: House United Changes the Klingon Empire Forever

The history of the Klingon Empire is a history told through conflict. Kahless, the greatest of all Klingons, teaches us that we must struggle against stronger enemies, and prove our might, in order to truly be called Klingon. There are no elections on Qo’nos. A new chancellor is chosen when they defeat the previous chancellor in honorable, one on one combat. And so, when Chancellor J’mpok betrayed the Empire, murdered innocent civilians, and declared himself Emperor, there was only one solution: war. Now, the greatest heroes in Klingon history have banded together to bring an end to the Mad Emperor’s reign. Stand alongside Martok, J’ula, Adet’pa, and the first Chancellor herself, L’rell, to bring honor and glory back to the Klingon people.
For the last year, Star Trek Online has been telling the story of the latest Klingon Civil War, of J’mpok’s turn to darkness, and of your Captain’s battle to save the Klingon Empire. Now, it will all come to a head in the stunning conclusion, “House United.” There has never been a larger collection of Klingon talent from Star Trek’s history in one place. J.G. Hertzler (Martok) and Robert O’Reilly (Gowron) from Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Mary Chieffo (L’Rell) and Rekha Sharma (Landry) from Star Trek: Discovery are all here, bringing their characters from the show, and brand new Klingon characters like Aakar and Adet’pa, to life, for a thrilling conclusion to this saga worthy of a Klingon Opera.
5 14 Image 1In the final two episodes of this story, you will gather the forces of the scattered and broken Klingon Empire, and unite to invade Qo’nos itself. You will battle in orbit and on the ground, all the way to the chambers of the Klingon High Council, as you strive to terminate the madman calling himself Emperor. And all of this is available right now in the Epic Store, completely free. 
Star Trek Online: House United is more than just a story update, however. It will launch with the Only Qon’os Endures event, giving you the opportunity to unlock a set of powerful ground gear for your Captain. In the new Task Force Operation, Remain Klingon, you will find yourself stuck between two Klingon Dreadnoughts, desperately attempting to direct their fire at one another. And the new Discovery: Beyond the Burn lock box brings the refit 32nd Century U.S.S. Discovery into players’ hands for the first time. There are other amazing items in that box as well, including the 32nd century Starfleet Uniforms, and the ability to bond with the beasts you encounter, and have them fight by your side.

Star Trek Online is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online game that allows players to explore the Star Trek universe from within. Players can forge their own destiny as Captain of a Federation starship, champion the Empire through the far reaches of the galaxy as a Klingon Warrior, rebuild the Romulan legacy as the commander of a Romulan Republic Warbird or carry out daring missions on behalf of the Dominion as a Jem’Hadar soldier.
