Neverwinter: Dragonslayer introduces Dragon Hunts, a new queue system where players will confront the dragon threat. With the assistance of the infamous dragon hunter Smerdiuk Dragonbane and his crew, players can enter the different chromatic dragon lairs and fight young, adult, or ancient dragons. Along with the new solo and group content, this new system also includes mechanics to increase both the dangers and the rewards through the use of Dragon Hunt Modifiers.

Additional group content can be found in reworked Master and Standard versions of the Tiamat trial and the Standard mode of Crown of Keldegonn. This new module also includes changes to the lockbox rewards structure and the Epic Adventure conversion of the prior Tyranny of Dragons Campaign.
