Conan Exiles throws you into the gritty and captivating world of Conan the Barbarian where you must survive, either alone or in a world shared with up to 40 players. It’s a world defined by indifferent nature, savage tribes, and sinister forces. Sorcery has always been an integral part of the Conan universe, the antithesis to Conan’s raw strength and wit. It’s existed in the world but you have not been able to wield it. Until now.
Sorcery
Today’s update is a monumental milestone for Conan Exiles. Become a dark Sorcerer, sacrificing your life force to wield a host of corrupting powers. This is a different kind of magic, more insidious and creeping than your traditional fantasy magic. It requires preparation and a firm departure from what might be considered good and wholesome. Use sacrificial blood to bind undead and demonic allies to your will, conjure darkness, summon storms to strike down your enemies, and much more.
Attributes Revamp
Attributes and perks have been expanded and improved, rebalancing the effect of each attribute and adding many new perks. You are now given the choice between two perks at certain thresholds, and those who choose the path of sorcery can also corrupt their strength, vitality, and authority to receive special sorcery perks.
Building Overhaul
A brand-new dedicated building interface has been added, vastly improving the ease with which you can build, especially on controllers. A Creative Mode has been added, where you can build with unrestricted freedom – fly and build without costs.
Battle Pass
The Age of Sorcery marks the first update in a new Age for Conan Exiles. Thanks to the addition of a Battle Pass model, we can deliver gameplay updates for free and at a more regular pace, while the Battle Pass and Bazaar item shop are exclusively tied to cosmetics.
