Broadside Battle Arena is a tactical fleet-combat game set in the Star Atlas universe. Spend 145 fleet points on any mix of 41 hulls from ten manufacturers - a titan and a pair of interceptors, or a swarm of fighters
and a repair ship - then fight it out in a single arena where range, facing and timing decide the exchange.
Torpedoes are slow, aimed shots that lead their target; a fleet that keeps moving is a fleet that survives. Rail guns hose close-range streams from capital hulls. Every ship carries an ability kit by role: shield overcharge, afterburner, broadside salvo, repair field, point defense, magnetic mines. Miners work the asteroid field for ammunition while the escorts hold the line, and asteroids block shots for whoever is clever enough to fight from behind one.
Play alone against the arena's AI, take a friend into a squad against the bots, or challenge another commander to a 1v1 through the lobby. Voice chat, text chat, a match clock and a leaderboard are built in. The hulls are the real Star Atlas ships, rebuilt for battle; the skies are four hand-rendered nebulae.
