The free demo puts you on the throne. Petitioners come before you and you decide their fate: take their gold, let them walk, or lock them away. Then you ride out yourself, into a kingdom that belongs to you and that you barely know.
This is the opening of your reign, from your first verdict to your first ride beyond the walls. Everything you see here is part of the full game, nothing was cut down for the demo.
