# ENDIX – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: January 23, 2026 This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Endix application and related online services (“Service”). By installing, launching, or using the Service you agree to these terms. --- 1. License Endix grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for entertainment purposes only. You do not obtain ownership of the software or any content. --- 2. Accounts Some features require an account. You are responsible for account activity and security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or harm the Service or its users. --- 3. Online Environment & User Content Endix is a live multiplayer environment where users interact through chat, voice, usernames, and presence (“User Content”). You agree: * you are responsible for content you create or share * you will not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, harmful, or infringing content * Endix may monitor, remove, or restrict content at its discretion You grant Endix a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and process User Content solely to operate the Service. Online interactions are not rated and may expose you to user behavior beyond our control. --- 4. Acceptable Use You may not: * break laws or violate rights * harass or threaten others * cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service * upload malware or attempt unauthorized access * impersonate others or mislead users We may restrict access without notice for violations. --- 5. Third-Party Content The Service may display or link to third-party games, storefronts, or services. Endix does not sell or distribute those products and is not responsible for them. Their own terms apply. --- 6. Virtual World & Availability Endix is a dynamic online world. Areas, features, and content may change, rotate, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability. No purchase is required to use the Service itself. --- 7. Intellectual Property All software, visuals, environments, and branding belong to Endix or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service. --- 8. Disclaimer The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. --- 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or user interactions. --- 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate access at any time to protect the Service or its users. --- 11. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. --- PRIVACY POLICY We collect minimal data necessary to operate multiplayer features. ### Data We Collect * username and user ID * email (if account created) * technical connection data Use of Data We use data to: * operate multiplayer services * provide support * prevent abuse * comply with legal obligations We do not sell personal data. Children Not intended for children under 13. Sharing We may use hosting and infrastructure providers under confidentiality obligations. Security We implement reasonable safeguards but no system is fully secure. Rights You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
