Goddess Must Survive! एक टॉप-डाउन हॉर्ड-सर्वाइवल एक्शन गेम है। आप सिर्फ़ चलते हैं, हथियार अपने आप चलते हैं — तय आपको यह करना है कि कहाँ खड़े हों, कैसे बढ़ें और किसे छोड़ें।
एक राउंड 11–13 मिनट में ख़त्म हो जाता है, न रिवाइव है न कंटिन्यू। देवी होने पर भी अतिरिक्त जान नहीं मिलती।
