After I open the game, I only have a tab showing there!

Don't worry, follow the steps below could help you out from there:

  • Press Windows + R, then enter regedit

  • Find HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > YiFang Studio > ImmortalLife

  • Delete the whole folder of Immortal Life

  • Reboot the game, and now you could see the main screen now.

The game crashed when clicking the load, What should I do?

It could be caused by the game save. You could check the following steps to check if it is caused by the Save:

  • Click The Library Tab from Epic Games Launcher

  • Find Immortal Life from the Library page, click ... behind the name, then click Manage

  • Click Folder Icon button from the row of Installation, that would bring you into the installation folder.

  • The SaveDir folder is our Save directory

  • Move all folders under the SaveDir to somewhere else

  • Reboot the game and see if creating a new save could solve this.
