Why Early Access?

We are releasing the Early Access version to give you—our players—a chance to experience three unique, playable environments and their corresponding levels. You can try your hand at different difficulties and choose to play alone, or with friends in local or online co-op. We're super keen to show off the fun and excitement of our game.

Being part of Early Access is not just about enjoying the game, but also about engaging with our community. We love to hear your feedback, and this is your opportunity to help shape the game. Your input will influence new maps, thrilling co-op modes, and even some of the recipes you enjoy while playing.

KOPI is our studio's first game, and we've learned a lot in the process of making it, but there's always more to learn. Early Access allows us to continue improving the game with your help. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine and expand KOPI, making it the best experience it can be.

How long will the game be in Early Access?

Following the Early Access release, we plan an interim update with new maps and a game mode, leading up to the Full release. Here’s our timeline:

  • 4 months in: An Early Access update introducing a new online co-op game mode.

  • 8 months in: The Full release.

After the Full release, we are committed to continuously enriching your experience with major new maps and modes as downloadable content (DLCs).

How will the full game be different from Early Access?

Based on your invaluable feedback, we plan to introduce several exciting additions and improvements. Our goals for the full version include:

  • Additional Maps: Explore new, immersive environments that will challenge and delight you.

  • Enhanced Challenges and Achievements: Face new, fantastical cooking challenges with matching achievements designed for the most distinguished baristas.

  • Improved Gameplay Mechanics: Continuously refining gameplay mechanics to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and engaging experience for all players.
