ORGAN MARKET AND INVENTORY

The market is your lifeline. Purchase organs like hearts, livers, kidneys, and brains. Each is defined by its type, rarity tier ranging from Damaged to Experimental, and condition percentage. Organs decay over time, losing value with every passing hour. Lysosom's knack for preservation grants you extra inventory space and a slower decay rate, but the clock moves faster against him. Know when to buy, when to hold, and when to cut your losses.

CONTACTS, BENEVOLENCE, AND SIDE JOBS

You cannot survive alone. Sell organs to contacts with specific tastes, complete side jobs for cash and cells, and trade gossip for leads regarding your mentor's disappearance. POLICE AND SUSPICION

The authorities are always watching. Emergency sales, patient surgeries, and risky moves will feed your suspicion meter. Cross the line, and investigations will begin. Face police encounters using dialogue choices like bribing, cooperating, bluffing, or staying silent. A full raid can result in the seizure of your inventory, shutting your operation down completely.
