Do you need NFTs to play Qubit?

No, blockchain interactions or even NFTs are not needed to play.

As a player you have the option to create and load in your own characters. These are stored as NFTs.

This is comepletly optional. And not required to play the game.

It is not required to connecct a wallet to play the game. We support full classic web2 gaming.

The only exteral wallet we support at this time is the Immutable passport.

Yes.

There is no nneed for any blockchain interaction.
This is all completely optional.

We support Immutable zkEVM.

All the NFTs earned will be displayed on the Immutable marketplace.

Skeleton packs are packs that hold a random skeleton NFT.

A skeleton NFT is used to create a character NFT using our online Creator Tool.

A Character NFT is a playable characcter with a unique look, class and stats!

Are there in-app purchases within the gameplay? How are payments processed?

Not directly, only player to player based trading is available now.
Meaning you can buy / trade a NFT, play with it. Upgrade it. And put it up for sale yourself if you want. All on the Immutable marketplace.

What is included in Early Access?

A full game loop is finished.
Meaning you can create a characcter in our Online Creator Tool, load the character into the game. And battle using our multiplayer lobbies against other players. We have 2 magic classes ready to play as. A fire and electric class. With 4 spells each.

What is the current state of the game?

We are currently still in early access / demo phase.

The full game loop is working with the minimum requirements.
There will still be bugs or crashes that could happen.
We are busy expanding the gameplay and improving the mechanics.

Will the price change when the game leaves Early Access?

No, the game will stay a free to play game.

Can your product be used without making any in-app purchases?

Yes, at the moment no in-app purchases can be made.
This might change in the future, but will always be optional.

Are there items (such as additional content, offers or currency) for sale that are used in the gameplay of your product?

You can purchase characcters from other players on the Immutable zkEVM blockchain.
This is optional and not a must.
