The Dust Between is a dark co-op survival expedition for 1–4 players set on a collapsing Earth smothered by Nightfall Dust. This spreading corruption twisted humanity and nature into something unrecognizable, destroying civilization.
But for the few survivors left, the Dust is no longer just a curse—it is the most valuable resource on Earth. You and your crew are the bold few who venture back into the ruins. Your mission is not just to survive the corruption, but to harvest it.

A WORLD IN FLUX
Every expedition takes place in a semi-procedural zone. The natural geography and landmarks remain familiar, giving you a sense of direction, but the buildings, interiors, and structures reorganize themselves each time you return. You can learn the map, but you can never predict what waits behind the door.
MASTER THE VACUUM
Your primary tool is the Vacuum, a versatile industrial rig essential for the expedition.
SURVIVE THE CORRUPTED
The danger down here isn't the air—it's what lives in it. The creatures roaming the Nightfall zones were once normal people and animals. Without protection, they inhaled the corruption and were twisted by it. Now they hunt by instinct.
Dynamic AI: Enemies react to sight, sound, and movement.
Varied Threats: Some stalk quietly in the shadows; others roam aggressively.
Tactical Gameplay: Each enemy behaves differently, forcing you to adapt. Sometimes stealth is your best weapon.

Everything you bring home serves a purpose. The scrap builds your gear; the Dust powers your future. Back at base, recycle your haul to craft new tools, upgrade your Vacuum’s capabilities, and unlock better opportunities to survive the next run.
