Collect officer fragments to unlock stunning illustrations and powerful bonds.

1. Tongquetai System

   1) Entry: Main City → Tongquetai (next to the Administrative Office).  

   2) The Tongquetai system features two functions: 'Hall of Heroes' and 'Prayer.'  

   3) In the Hall of Heroes, collected officer fragments are integrated to achieve milestones. Upon integration, players can view new officer artwork. Integrated officers are preserved outside the current game session (remaining effective even when starting a new game).  

   4) Officers in the Hall of Heroes form various bonds, each corresponding to a global effect in the Prayer system. Players can choose to activate these effects (with quantity restrictions).  

2. Troop Enhancement  

   1) Entry: Barracks → Enhancement.  

   2) Adds Tier 2 and Tier 3 enhancements for all existing troop types (excluding divine beasts and Xiang Yu's troops). Enhanced troops gain improvements in melee attack, ranged attack, melee defense, ranged defense, and destruction attributes, with stronger inter-troop countering effects.  

   3) Troops can be enhanced when their experience reaches 300, along with consuming a certain amount of money. Eligible troops include Tier 1 (Light Infantry, Light Archers, Light Cavalry), Tier 2 (Sword-Shield Soldiers, Spearmen, Heavy Crossbowmen, Armored Cavalry), and special troops from military tokens, but exclude barbarian troops.  

3. Two New Instances: Northern Bandit Capital and Southern Bandit Capital

   1) These Instances appear via 'Requests' the month after the player's faction controls ≥10 cities.  

   2) Introduces demonized officers as bosses, each with unique new skills.  

   3) Adds battlefield buffs that remain active throughout the Instance.  

   4) Victory rewards include Hall of Heroes officer fragments and activates special global effects: 'Shock · North' and 'Shock · South.'  

      - Shock · North: 27 northern cities are free from bandit raids for 2 years (24 turns).  

      - Shock · South: 31 southern cities are free from bandit raids for 2 years (24 turns).
