Berninalinie 橫跨瑞士伯爾尼納隘口 (Bernina Pass) 山巔，沿著山脈兩側開闢出一條驚險刺激的路線，是歐洲海拔最高的鐵路之一，也是世界上最陡峭的鐵路，在坡度 7% (1:14) 的情況下艱險下傾或平穩攀升。

從 Alp Grüm 的髮夾彎與隧道，到壯觀的布魯西奧螺旋鐵路橋 (Brusio Spiral Viaduct)，如詩如畫的瑞士阿爾卑斯山巍然屹立於這寬度窄小的鐵路奇觀之上。
