Train Sim World® 6: FlixTrain BR 193 Vectron
Calling all passengers for Frankfurt, as FlixTrain operations arrive in Train Sim World 5! Twinned with bold inter-city stock, the BR 193 Vectron takes on a verdant appearance and is ready to bolt across Germany on all-new long-distance and rapid services.
TSW Compatible content released for a previous Train Sim World® - features may remain unchanged from the original release and may not make use of all newer core features.
Please note: For the full experience, we recommend you own Train Sim World 5: Frankfurt - Fulda which is available as a separate purchase.
Collectively, over 2000 Vectrons have been ordered for use by more than 50 different companies across Europe. This makes the family a well-known and familiar sight for all railfans, even if design specifications differ, everyone knows the Vectron!
FlixTrain, an open-access passenger operator based in Germany, supplements existing rail travel with additional inter-city services alongside their road-based counterpart, FlixBus. They lease-in equipment such as the Vectron from other companies and apply their vibrant FlixTrain green livery. The Vectron is a good fit for FlixTrain operations and is used across their whole network, including along the Kinzigtalbahn, accompanied with modernised Talbot coaches.
