两个全新的精英兵种加入了圣血天使（Blood Angels），为解放巴卫二（Baal Secundus）而并肩奋战：他们就是终结者突击小队（Assault Terminators）与圣血卫队（Sanguinary Guard）。

终结者突击小队（Assault Terminators）

终结者突击小队（Assault Terminators）配备了圣血天使（Blood Angels）军械库中最珍贵的人造装备。每件终结者（Terminator）的装甲都相当于一台精心打造的战争机器，足以承受成千上万次战斗的锤炼。这些承载着荣耀的古老器物被授予一连（1st Company）的精英战士。而他们亘古不变的使命，就是向着战场之上最为艰险的地带冲锋。

终结者突击小队（Assault Terminators）可以选择各种威力强大的近战武器，并且能够利用 "深度打击"（Deep Strike）技能，筛选重要目标进行击杀。闪电爪（Lightning Claws）会帮助他们撕裂成群的兵虫；而另一方面，闪电锤（Thunder Hammer）和暴风盾（Storm Shield）的组合能让终结者们化身为怪物猎人，在最猛烈的攻击下屹立不倒。

圣血卫队（Sanguinary Guard）

圣血卫队（Sanguinary Guard）是但丁（Dante）的私人卫队，他们代表着圣血天使（Blood Angel）的荣耀与力量。圣血卫队（Sanguinary Guard）是战团（Chapter）中顶尖的战士和顾问，他们的战斗技巧脱胎于大天使圣吉列斯（Great Angel Sanguinius）、领主指挥官但丁（Lord Commander Dante）以及圣血卫队队长阿兹卡隆（Sanguinary Guard Azkaellon）。

圣血卫队（Sanguinary Guard）是战场上的多面手。除了能够使用华丽的跳跃背包（Jump Pack）穿越战场之外，他们还可以选择各种不同装备参与战斗。他们能用固定在手腕上的安格鲁斯型爆弹枪（Angelus Boltgun）和地狱火手枪（Inferno Pistol）阻止敌人的攻势，也能装备赤红长剑或赤红斧（Encarmine Sword and Axe），如砍瓜切菜般破开最坚硬的外星盔甲。除此之外，"阿兹卡隆的后继者"（Heirs of Azkaellon）技能可以让圣血卫队的攻击更加狂暴而精准。在圣血卫队靠近他们的总部指挥官（HQ Commander）时，这种力量会得到增强。
