巢穴领主（Broodlord）

巢穴领主（Broodlord）是一种能够持续作战的近战单位，具有扰乱附近猎物思维的能力。

借助虫巢意志（Hive Mind）的力量，巢穴领主（Broodlord）能够使用灵能爆发（Paroxysm）使一个单位失去战斗能力，然后挥舞着巨型撕裂爪（Monstrous Rending Claws）扑向对方。战场上的巢穴领主（Broodlord）可以使用进化心灵感应（Evolved Brood Telepathy），让它身边所有的基因窃取者（Genestealer）悄无声息地穿越敌人的防线。

巢穴护卫（Hive Guard）

巢穴护卫（Hive Guard）是笨重的装甲远程单位，能向敌人发射可怕的生物炮。

它们可以选择穿刺炮（Impaler Cannon）或电击炮（Shockcannon）作为消灭敌人的武器。穿刺炮（Impaler Cannon）能发射能够闪避与绕过掩体的心灵感应碎片兽弹药，只有那些最为厚重的掩体才有可能抵挡它的攻击。而电击炮（Shockcannon）则会炸碎机械化敌人的装甲，瘫痪坦克，即使最强大的战舰也将屈服在它的威力之下。

拥有此 DLC 后，你就可以在单人遭遇战与多人游戏中使用巢穴领主（Broodlord）与巢穴护卫（Hive Guard）。

在此前的免费更新中，巢穴领主（Broodlord）与巢穴护卫已添加至 "猩红黎明时代"（Age of Crimson Dawn）单人剧情战役内。因此，你无需拥有此 DLC，即可在剧情战役内与其对抗。
