Players can purchase Virtual Currency that can be used to buy Outfit and Styles in the in-app Store to customize their Prospectors and Ships. They can earn Virtual Currency by completing Weekly Missions or by purchasing them via the in-app Store.

Can your product be used without making any in-app purchases?

Yes. Players can play Wildgate without making any in-app purchases after purchasing the Full Game version.

Are in-app purchases refundable?

We do not provide refunds for in-app purchases at this time.

We utilize the Epic Games’ payment platform for all purchases made for Epic Games customers.

What is the difference between the Free Trial and the Full Game?

Wildgate Free Trial lets players download, play the game and access its feature for free until their account reaches Level 11. Wildgate Full Game allows the player to continue their account’s progress past level 11.

Do I keep the progress I made and the Friends I added in the Wildgate Free Trial when I purchase Wildgate?

Players will be able to keep the progress or friends after completing the Wildgate Free Trial. However, you won't be able to continue your progression or play pre-made lobbies with your Friends until Wildgate Full Game is purchased.
