By using Mautix, you agree to the following: No Liability for Copyright Infringement: All artworks uploaded to Mautix must be the intellectual property of their respective creators. Meovinci is not responsible for any copyright infringement committed by users when uploading content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any third-party rights. User Data Collection and Privacy: Mautix uses Epic accounts for login purposes and may collect limited user data such as gender and age for advertising purposes. We do not store or utilize user-uploaded files directly; instead, encrypted content identifiers (CIDs) are saved to facilitate gallery operations. Users should be aware of the potential privacy and security risks when using online services. IPFS Storage Risks: Mautix stores user content using the IPFS (InterPlanetary File System), a decentralized storage solution. While IPFS provides a secure and distributed method for storing artworks, Meovinci is not liable for any data loss or leakage resulting from the inherent risks of using this technology. NFT Transaction Risks: Mautix offers NFT minting, buying, selling, and trading functionalities. However, the NFT market is inherently volatile and uncertain. Users acknowledge and accept the risks involved in NFT transactions. Meovinci shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from these transactions.
